Enjoyed an Inspiring/positive/motivating/made me feel better chat with Anna and Krystal on the warm down.

Was unbelievably excited for some bush o! Made a big blue on number two but sucked it up and had a few legs in there that I kiiiind of felt like I was doing ok on. Had absolutely nothing in the tank but that was to be expected!

Not a good day. Feeling very unwell and couldn’t stop thinking about that long enough to actually navigate. Won’t be quite the comeback weekend that I would’ve liked but still very keen for some bush o!

Far from 100%. Probably needed sleep more than I needed to play but couldn’t leave the team short a player. I fall over too much for outdoor netball!

Had a massive weekend at work and was in the sun on my feet all day today. Felt very exhausted when I got home but didn't want to be a slacker. Ended up feeling pretty decent running, but 5mins in it started pelting down rain and it got dark and I got cold and didn't think it was worth it knowing my immune system of late. Regretted it last night but think it was smart considering how I woke up feeling this morning.

Had full intentions to go for a run in the afternoon - ended up locking myself out of the house at for multiple hours on a 40 degree day and didn't get back in to a phone or shoes until about 7pm. Mowed the lawn to be productive and then was too wrecked after a big weekend to get myself out. Slack, but not my day.

Needed a nice jog in the sun after an average day. Legs still felt particularly tight from the weekend still. Think I’m noticing my glutes and core are a lot less strong than what they used to be.

Very anxious and nervous at the start but it all came back relatively quickly. Very happy with all but maybe 3 controls apart from the obvious fitness/speed issue, although when you're going that slowly any mistake seems extra bad!

Felt loads better the last two days. Very exhausted and tired when I got home from work but I’d been looking forward to this all day so I went out with the plan to do at least for 20mins. Perked up straight away and really enjoyed it. Did a few drills in a park at the end too, this weekend is going to hurt...
