Sprint simulation, ankle felt fine in the warm up and was really strapped up so i gave it a go and it went good! Felt quite sluggish and slow and a bit off in the stomach but nav was fine and i was reading ahead pretty alright which was my focus. Hard to work out a balance between strapping my ankle up really good and not having it too tight on the arches of my feet, that got a bit too sore today. but relieved that i didn't make it worse! And i can rest it all i want again tomorrow.
15min warm up and 5 down, and the sprint was 9minutes something.
