Pilates again. Mother did it too this time, she's so distracting. I don't think we had even a minute of silence !

Netball 30:00 [3]

So my team lost again... It was enjoyable, if you minus the old bitchy, aggressive ladies. I played C, then WD. Pretty sure that 99.99999% of the balls i threw in the second half were absolutely terrible, but i was pretty happy with the first half.
7 AM

Netball 30:00 [3]

I was meant to fill in for mum's team for one half, but the team they were playing needed a fill in too so i played for them the first half. I was unfortunately put in WD and mum in WA !!!! She was so annoying to play against, it was like she went through your legs pretty much. And she is quite aggressive - i came off the court with a cut lip and eye lid !
Played GK for the second half. I actually love jumping for the rebounds :D

I did the pilates again. Hard work, my stomach is sore now. It kind of hurts my hips, click everytime we do a certain stomach exercise...

Note

So i had an appointment at the Podiatrist today. He was really nice, and very clever ! It interested me.
He said that most of my problems are coming from my hips. Apparently they roll inwards, which causes my feet to roll in even more, so my muscles are over working to try to keep my arch off the ground. The hips rolling is also what makes my knees hurt.
He plastered my feet for orthotics and told me to do some pilates so mum and i went and got a dvd. Apparently "In five segments of 10 minutes each, the Pilates based moves deliver washboard abs, perfectly sculpted arms and shoulders, and a tighter, higher backside - FAST" hahahaha, awesome !! :P

So i did all the things on the dvd, and i'm pretty sure my cheeks have lifted already :P ha
It's actually really really quite painful ! My stomach and bum and legs were all burning. My legs felt jelly afterwards too. Plan was to do it everyday........

Our team won !!! :D:D first time ever ! So good. I played C then WA.
Also filled in for mums team after, played GK :| fun though.

Played for Horatio. Probably one of the worst games i have played in a long time. Hardley even caught the ball, and when i did i threw shocking passes !! Amazingly still won. So upset about Australia though...

Dad went for a run and invited me to accompany him on the bike. So i did. Had to keep stopping and asking him where he was going to go, kind of frustrating. Possibly should go by myself next time. But fun though.

We still have not yet one a game, only tied !!!!! Today we lost by one, i playes WD then C. Was a pretty good game, the old ladies didn't get to fiesty :P

Park Orienteering (Tocal AG College.) 27:52 [3] 3.75 km (7:26 / km)

Heaps of fun ! I liked the building section more but because that was towards the end of the course, my feet and calves were already sore and the fact that it was a hard surface didn't help. Unfortunately i had to do a bit of walking :( I got back and my my lower calves were swolen and hard to touch, not good.

Brother got me to go out for a ride while he ran. Pretty sure in normal cases the person riding the bike would usually be in front of the person running, but Josh had to wait for me so often it's not funny. I think it was due to my very very poor mountain biking skills ! I actually got cramps in my hands from gripping onto the handle bars and holding the brakes so often !
