Street Orienteering 40:00 [3]

Streeto around Redhead. I JOGGED!! :D I came back super early but i didn't have a watch so estimating i did alright. I went to some really pointless controls, like to the other side of an oval for a one pointer, but it was a really good chance for me to run so i didn't care about the points at all. I pretty much jogged whenever i could on grass, and everything felt all good :D

Swimming 30:00 [3]

So mum and i arrived at the pool with an hour until they shut and neither of us had out wallets... BUT thankfully there was a lovely lady at the desk who let us go in for a swim :D
I did three sets of ten laps with a small break in between. At the end i just did butterfly kick down the pool next to mum who thought it was a good idea to do laps of backstroke, and my stomach was killing! I'm so weeeaaaak! :(

Street Orienteering 45:46 [3]

Central Coast Street-o with the fantastic company of the Marie :D Far out i missed her!
It was a walk / jog. Majority was walking because of the hills and such, but when we did run i felt fine :)


Work experience at the physio starts tomorrow, i'm pretty excited for it! :)

Warm up/down 15:00 [3]

4 x 25m jog, 25m walk, 25m jog, 25m walk,
then 4 x 50m jog, 25m walk, 25m jog,
then 2 x 75m jog, 25m walk,
and 2 x 100m jog.

Then did some drills of high knees, side steps, goose step, skipping etc.

Running 14:00 [3]

The track was soooooo wet and muddy. Lane eight was the best one to run in but even then i had to go out of the track for it to be better running. It was such sweaty weather too which was horrid.

Today I did 5 x 300m run, 100m walk on a 3 minute cycle. Each of it was pretty good but i can't wait until i'm not stuffed up in the head and can breathe easier.

Warm Down 6:00 [3]

Just six 50m jog, 25m walk, 25m jog to finish up.

I did two of the pilates workout things. The stomach was feeling it! And then i had a good stretch after :)

Three lap walk, then some run throughs and then some drills; High knees, bum flicks, skipping, lunging, cross-overs.

According to Josh my bum looks big when i walk :|

Running 25:00 [3]

Five reps of 200m jog, 100m walk, 100m jog.
The wind on the last 100 was pretty horrid. I felt so gross and unfit, Josh was literally running laps around me...

Warm Down 7:00 [3]

200m walk, 400m slow jog!!!!!!!!!!!, then 200m walk again.

Warm up/down 25:00 [3]

Once again my walking 5 lap warm up and two to warm down. So so so so hot and gross today :|

Running 7:25 [3] 1.3 km (5:42 / km)

Stepped up the distance again today, and it was good :D I felt a bit ill and out of breath which was horrid but i guess that was expected. Never again will i have Honey weets for breakfast before training though :|
I did 8x75m run, 25m walk in between.
Then 2x100m, with like a 10 second rest in between.
Then a 200m which was right into the hot wind so that wasn't too great. Followed by 100m walk, then 100m run to finish.

cycling 45:00 [3]

A class at the gym again. I stood up for one of the tracks, but it started to get a bit strained i thought so for the rest i just stayed sitting which made me feel like a noob again. I enjoyed the new fans in the room!

Strength + Conditioning 15:00 [3]

The abs class after the cycle one. I felt it a lot!! Frustrating that i couldn't do two of the exercises properly though.

It was just a lovely walk with Rhiana again. We both at some stage got confused as to exactly where we were because we get so into conversation, haha. Enjoyable though, and i was glad it had stopped raining.

Just walking again. Five laps warm up each time faster, then two to warm down. It was even more frustrating today though...

Running 8:00 [3]

This time i did 8 sets of 50m run then 25m walk then 25m run. And two at the end of 75m run and 25m walk. Everything felt good again :D

Five laps beforehand with each lap faster than the last, and then two as a warm down - all walking.

Running 8:00 [3]

FIRST RUN!!! :D
It was only 25m jog, 25m walk; 18 times. And then 50m jog, 25m walk, 25m jog; twice. Everything felt great :)

cycling (cycle class) 45:00 [3]

The majority of the class we were meant to be standing so because i'm only meant to sit still while cycling i felt like a bit of a noob... But it was so good to feel like my legs were actually working again.

AND every now and then i could actually felt that the leg i had my operation on was different, it was so strange!

We drove to Kurri pool for me to do some laps today, i forgot how lovely the people there are :|
I did 3 lots of 10 laps, i got pretty exhausted by the end of each set. My arms are so scrawny! ha. I feel so good about it all now :D
