Running 30:00 [3]

Was going to do a loop, but i forgot to have a ventolin and was tight in the chest so i did two small ones. I felt pretty bad, legs were tired. I hate being so unfit. By the end my feet were hurting, and i was annoyed about that. I even had to walk the last little bit to our house :(

Stretching 10:00 [3]

A goot stretch after. I relise that after my run when i walk around my feet start to hurt more.

Strength + Conditioning 20:00 [3]

I our the pilates dvd on when i got back from the run. I only wanted to do the stomach ones because my legs were sore. Not really keen on lying on the carpet in our hot lounge room after i've been for a run and gotten sweaty very often.

Park Orienteering 20:00 [3]

Not really sure how long it took but i think it was around 20. Sally and i were partners. It was the the first run i'd done in a long time, and i didn't have any issues with the nav i was just really really bad at keeping up. I did the medium for the line course, and the top half for the second course.
Sally and i had no idea what the handicap meant, we just thought we had to tell them at the end or something what number we were, so we didn't leave any out in the score. haha :P

cycling 1:00:00 [3]

Josh goes "hey nicola i'm going to go run up a hill a few times, want to come" ha. So i did, on my bike.
We did a warm up, then the hills, and then a warm down. My legs felt soooooooo jelly. It was the hardest i've work in a very long time, and it was obvious, very obvious. I'm happy i did it :)

Walking 33:00 [3]

I went out for a walk / jog. Every 3 minutes i'd jog for 1 and a half. Again my feet didn't hurt until after, it was just my calves that hurt during, but hopefully i'll be stretching them enough so that will just go. Forgot to have a ventolin so i was pretty tight in the chest by the end from the cold air.
Katy Perry ticket's came :D so on the way i dropped my friends in her mail box for her.

Strength + Conditioning 15:00 [3]

A good 15 minutes of stretching after the run.

We lost by 10. I nearly didn't play because i felt ill in the stomach beforehand, so i played WD first, then C. It was good fun though, as always.

Walking 54:45 [3]

So i got my orthotics Thursday afternoon. He said that i should have a week with just walking to settle into them, so I walked around some of the controls at the central coast street-o. I had no idea how far i could go walking, but i got all the ones inside a nice little circular shape on the map :) It was really quite frustrating walking, but it had to be done and my feet didn't hurt untill after, it was just my calves that got tight.

We won :D :D I played C then WD. So so so hot!!!

I filled in for the team playing against mums team for the first half, and i had to play C, and coinsidently mother played C too ! Not fun playing against her, Bled a little :P
Then played GK for mum's team second half. I felt so useless because the girl just didn't miss !!

Orienteering 40:00 [3]

Ran around the course with mum that josh set. It was a really good course, i enjoyed it lots. I am so unfit :( Feet didn't hurt to bad which i was happy about, it was just my legs in general.

Pilates. They say it should get easier. . . I don't think it does :P
