Gym 1:00:00 [4]

We went to the forum today for a P.A.S.S excursion. We did a pump class first, it was so hard!! My arms were shaking! The lady that took the class looked insanely fit, she was so muscley! We then did a cycle class after, but it was a huge let down compared to the genesis ones, the lady that took it possibly made it even worse.

I had a good run! I was so happy after yesterday's stuff up. No real mistakes :)

I got all of them, but was 9 seconds late. I made two mistakes on this one, so i should'nt have been late, i was happy i got them all though :)

I didn't have the greatest run, i made at least one mistake that was big-ish. But the rest i think i was just going way too slow. There was just something wrong, maybe i wasn't concentrating enough or something.

A new-ish guy at the start with me was very glad about the pre-printed maps. He said thats his only worry usually!

I enjoyed it, it was the good lady. It was really hot again. The music was a little let down though :P

Warm up/down 30:00 [3]

20 minutes to warmup. Then 10 to cool down. It started to get dark by then!

Running 30:00 [3]

7 x 200m, and 6 x 100m. Did them alternating. Then was going to do a 1km run with josh, or far behind josh, but i didn't have a watch so i just did the last 400m. I enjoyed it, last ever time i get to do with josh that for at least three whole months!!! :'(

Orienteering intervals (Bush intervals.) 34:03 [3] 4.0 km (8:31 / km)

Did the intervals dad set. It was pretty fun. I was slow on the first loop, and then i stuffed up the last control. On the second loop i went really bad to the first one, but the rest was ok. Then on the last loop my legs hurt a fair bit.

Because i'm such a genious i decided to stuff up my first loop, which was the shortest one. The rest if the loops were pretty good, i got pretty tired though by the end. I had a good time though, i like doing this stuff :)

Mother and i went running. The first bit in the streets and then i did three laps of the dirt tracks. I tripped and knocked my knee on the last one, man i'm clumsy! I think next time we need to go earlier and beat the dark.

I like the thursday ones. The girl that takes them is good. I had a good time, except it was really really really hot in the room and neither of the fans reached me. The music wasn't the best today.

gosh it hurt! Honestly 15 minutes is plenty for me :P

I had a pretty clean Run :) i was just a bit slow on one or two because i wasn't confident enough in the circle, but other than that i'm happy with it, it was enjoyable.

I had a good run except for number 6 i think it was. I didn't go far enough i don't think, so i went to a fence to relocate. It was pretty annoying because other than that i didn't go too bad.

I enjoyed it. I got tired though, and it was frustrating because of all the fences. Turns out i should've gone over them because it would've been way way quicker.

Netball 30:00 [3]

Josh's team neede someone to fill in, so josh asked me. It was SO much fun! i miss netball! i played mid court first, and then went to GD. It was pretty interesting in the circle considering both on the other team were pretty much giants so i don't think i got any intercepts. But it was ok because Josh's friend was amazing!

I went for a run around ashtonfield with father. I attempted a sprint-ish thing up the dirt hill to the water tower at the start, and then another towards the end and then for the last bit dad and i ran hard. It was good to do because i don't usually do things like that when i just go for runs. I had a good time too :)

Orienteering 48:37 [3]

apart from the face that i dislike this area because i had a really bad run last time, it's thick, and steep, i didn't do to bad. My navigation was pretty good. I just did the short course, i think i got 31 points maybe ? i was deducted 7, i forgot to start my watch :S

Orienteering (Map Memory) 34:00 [3] 2.0 km (17:00 / km)

Sally-Anne and i did the map memory after our score courses. It was a little frustrating because the guy that started just before us took ages looking at the map so we had to wait for him at every control. Then we decided to leave a bit of space between us, and then i stuffed up so mum caught us too! I then made another mistake and made sally and i go uo a hill twice. But it was enjoyable, we got to run more in this one at least :)

OK, i haven't logged anything for about 3 weeks now i think because i have just been putting it off. I don't think i'll log any previous stuff because it'd be a little pointless, so i'll try to log it from now on :)
