Street Orienteering 25:00 [3]

we were allowed to join the Aussie team today when they went to Venice, and got to run around with a map. Was so good! Very crowded and you couldn't run at some times. Heaps of bridges and tiny little alley ways which was very good.

Another run near Igls, this one was called Ullwald. Was just as good. I had a bit of a down patch in the middle, but then at the end i had a heap of energy :D
After mum and i went in and took some photos, some turned out fairly good :)

when we went up to Igls for Josh to do a run and mum and i ran around together on a different one. It was called Viller Moore. It's so good how they have all these tracks everywhere! They were so nice and well organised too. I really liked it! :D:D
oh and not sure how long it took us.

Orienteering 40:00 [3] 3.4 mi (11:46 / mi)

To start with we did a bigger loop with 17 controls and we had to concentrate on Attackpoints. The first 12 controls had good attackpoints drawn on the map but the rest after that we had to decide for ourselves. It was good. I was doing really well untill about 13 and i just got exhausted then, but i didn't make mistakes. It was just that i got tired and was going fairly slow.

Orienteering 20:00 [3] 1.4 mi (14:17 / mi)

This was a much smaller loop with 6 controls and we weren't allowed to take a compass. I think it was a very good exercise for me to do. i was super happy with it all, especially number 5, i spiked it hehe :)

Running (Running at the gym.) 15:00 [3]

We missed the cycle clas because mum was on the phone. . .so we ran on a tredmill for a bit. It felt funny, i didn't like it as much as a normal run.

Hopped on a little bike for a bit. It was hurting my knee :(

Abs class! Was hurting them a bit but i guess thats a good thing. I like this class, i always feel like it is good for me :)

Orienteering (Brokenback Slopes) 1:10:00 [3]

Mum and I did a pairs relocation exercise while josh did his training that dad set up. It was a good session. I stuffed up one, I should've chosen a different route choice because it was pretty thick. Mum was good company to train with :)

Mum and i ran to the gym instead of Cross-Country. I decided not to do the cycle class after but mum did. I was feeling pretty good untill the last bit when my legs started hurting a bit. It was a good run, i enjoyed it :)

Mum and i went for a run in at Newcastle while Josh was doing those insane hills with insanely fast runners.
I am so proud of us because we actually did it, it's been way to cold lately!

Had planned to go to the gym tonight because i was weak yesterday and didn't do anything because it was really cold and windy! And the gym was good. It hurt my leg muscles a bit but i didn't work up as much of a sweat as i have.

Oh my gosh, arms are so sore!!! They are still shaking now and it's more than two hours since i did the class!! We had to do heaps of lunges which i didn't like because they hurt my knees, but i think the rest was good for me.

New tights and singlet :D

Orienteering race (QBIII-Day 3) 16:22 [3] 2.3 km (7:07 / km)

Newcastle University
Was pretty pumped for this run because i do like sprint courses, but i really would've liked to have gone a bit faster. I think it was a mix of slowing to read the map a whole lot and not running as fast as i could've. I didn't make any mistakes though which i was happy about :)

So happy about the selection :D

Poppet Head
Pretty happy with my run i suppose. I did make some small errors though which i was a bit annoyed about. One was where i accidently turned into the wrong track, another was where my aiming off wasn't very accurate so i ended up too far to the right and then i just was a bit hesitant on some. Wasn't that bad of a run though which was good :)

Pretty happy with my run today. I didn't really make any mistakes but i think i could've gone a bit faster on some of them. I had to stop and tie up my shoelace once too.
Was a bit dissappointed i didn't have a control with Jelly babies at it!

Went for a warm up with jess. Our feet got wet on the grass.

Running race 5:57 [3] 1.5 km (3:58 / km)

I was pretty happy. I came second in the end. I was trying to catch the girl infront but she started sprinting too. She went out heaps fast at the start. Pretty happy with my time. There were only 4 people in my race!!

Mum and i went for a run together. It was dark so she decided to get her head lamp out again! It was a good paced run.

Oh and i am allowed to run the 1500 tomorrow :D
