Street Orienteering ("Wamberal Beach") 42:46 [3]

Street orienteering event at Central coast. I think i did ok, was a bit slack at the start because my knees were hurting kinda bad. They got a bit better towards the end but were still hurting.
I got 400 points- probably should've missed one of the 10 points so i could get a 20 pointer but oh well. Was still happy : )

Was actually pretty tired at training today after street-o. But still enjoyed it.
Did the usual warm up drills and stretch and then attacking practice then defence and then we played a game. About 4 or 5 people missing today so it made the game a bit odd.

Wasn't really thinking of going to the gym today but one of my friends said he was going for a run and it made me feel lazy so i decided to go, lol.
Was pretty darn tough aswell!! Was a guy i had never seen before taking it and at the start i didn't like it. But then when he picked better music i grew to like him. lol. Did tell him to shut up at one stage in my head though because he just kept on talking!! lol : )

Note

Yesterday when i got home from school i couldn't get inside :( So, i decided to see if i cold take the screen off josh's window and then climb inside. And i did it :)
However, when i got inside i walked out of josh's room and straight away i slipped over because my shoes were wet from the rain. I landed straight on my side and i just lay there for like a minute. I now have a hugenormous bruise (maybe not that big but it's a fair effort!)

Street Orienteering ("Rathmines") 42:21 [3]

Was pretty happy with my running and route choice. Felt pretty good, i probably could have wrote down my answers a bit faster but slacked off a little because that was my chance for rest :P
My route choice was: 1D, 1C, 3A, 1A, 2A, 3B, 1B, 2B, 1F, 2E, 2C, 1H, 1K, 2D, 2G, 3C, 1J, 1G, 1E.

Was a much more enjoyable game tonight. The ball was passed around way more and i actually got puffed tonight. Liked it : )

Was looking forward to a tough class today but it was a different person taking it. It wasn't as tough but i made it tough for myself. Legs were hurting and the only thing i didn't like was that she gave us so much rest in between the tracks.

Was pretty good trainng again. Thought it was going to storm but it only rained. The ball got slippery and a few people fell over but was enjoyable : )

Running (At Newcastle) 25:00 [3]

Ran with "Kazza" while we waited for the odd boys to finish their hills. Was pretty good run, Didn't feel too motivated when we started but i felt good once we got into it.
When we got back mum and i decided we would to one of each of the hills alex and josh did. Legs felt funny after the first one bur they were pretty much fine : )

Enjoyed this weeks game way more than last weeks. I was more involved and because we played a pretty good team the game was faster and i like it like that. Fell over today in the game :S lol

Street Orienteering race ("Birmingham Gardens") 46:36 [4] 7.6 mi (6:08 / mi)

Street-o Number five today. Thought it was going to be really hot running but it was pretty good. I thought i did alright today, happy with my result but my legs were sort of hurting a bit so i was a little lazy (shhhhhh) Flow was pretty good, like i looked at the clue and stuff better. I got pretty scared when i got swooped, First time ever i think and there were a fair few of them. A couple warned me about them when i was running and i am pretty sure when they heard a scream they new straight away that it was the girl running around with a piece of paper.

Route was:
1A, 2A, 3A, 1B, 1E, 2C, 1F, 1G, 3B, 1K, 1J, 2D, 1H, 1L, 3C, 1R, 2H, 2E, 3F, 1M, 1N.

Was unsure about getting 1N but i did and i got 34 but had to take two off for being late, so 32.

Touch Football race (Mum and Daughter team) 40:00 [3]

Was pouring rain tonight but it was alright once you got out there, it was just cold on the way home. Didn't enjoy it as much tonight. I didn't really get that much of a workout and that was why.
Some people just need to learn to share!!

Street Orienteering race (North Avoca Beach) 45:00 [3]

Not sure if i was really keen on today but i really enjoyed it out there. It was hilly but i am really glad it wasn't hot because i think i would've died. Was happy with my route choice and thought i ran ok. I got 390 in the end;;10 points in front of dad :D and 10 points behind mum :D

Touch training was lotsa fun today. Did the usual warm up and sprints and then did a driving thing where we had to race. Twas good :D We then practised tricky stuff and then we played a game against each other : )

I didn't enjoy this game as much as the mum daugter game because it isn't as fast. I don't think i played as well either. We won 4-3 though, So that was good : )

Street Orienteering race ("Kotara") 43:39 [3]

Was happy with my run today. Not sure if i had a great route choice but i felt like i got a good amount and was back with a reasonable amount of time this week which was good.
My legs were a bit sore once i started running from yesterday and the hills didn't help at all but it was still good : )

We only had six there tonight so we were one down. My legs got sore because i did a lot of running!!
I really enjoyed it because i got a lot more of a run and i learn't another trick too : )

Orienteering ("Mt Sugarloaf") 24:21 [3] 2.5 km (9:44 / km)

Not sure on my time but i had a pretty good run i thought. I was just a bit iffy in some spots, i just need to trust myself more.
I was with Nathan Berkholz and Ian Rigby---Go team:)
Felt pretty good running too, I was exhausted at the end though.

Was good fun at training.
We did a warm up, then some drills, Then just the basics, then some tricky attacking stuff, then defense stuff and then a game.
Our team's pretty gun :P
Oh, and got some good new touch shorts, i like them :D

Went for a bike ride while dad did his walking :P
We did the same as the other day to get to the rode where he is able to do his run throughs. I saw three Kangaroos when i was riding up and down the road.
My knees were sort of hurting though because my bike is too small but i'll live

Went for a bike ride when mum was walking because i knew i wouldn't do anything tomorrow.
Was good fun, we rode to my friends house and stopped for a little chat and then rode straight home.

Street Orienteering race ("Bonnels Bay") 43:55 [4] 7.81 km (5:37 / km)

Was unsure really what i would feel like on my run because i am really stuffed up in the head :( But i amazingly cleared up when i was running!! Which was good.
I think i had a pretty good route for me and i coped ok even though my legs were tonnes sore at the end! I should've gotten 1D because i would've had time but oh well.

My route was: 1B, 1A, 2A, 1E, 1C, 3A, 1G, 2B, 1H, 2C, 1P, 3D, 1K, 3E, 1J, 1S, (2H), 1X.

Had no motivation at all, i think it was the heat mainly. But i went and got stuffed!!! Was such hard work and my legs were burning heaps. I worked hardest in the second last track because he told us that was the one he really wanted us to push in but i didn't lack off at all during the class : )

Pretty sure this just made my decision that i will be having a rest day tomorrow!

Touch Football (Rep. Touch Try-outs) 1:30:00 [3]

Went into Newcastle to try out for rep touch. I was so nervous!!!! We did a warm up and then some sprint and then we played one loooong game. I tried out as a winger and was worried that i wouldn't get picked because they wouldn't see me but i did get the ball a fair bit and even scored :D
I got in :DD

cycling (Tracks and Streets) 1:34:00 [3]

Was really not even thinking about going out and doing exercise today but when dad went for his walk i just went with him.
It was pretty good fun. We were mostly on bush tracks but there were some streets there too.
Dad took me on this little track he found one day and it was so bad at the start!! It was like tonnes over grown but after a while it started to clear up a fair bit and turned out to be pretty good. There were also some heaps cool bumps on one of the tracks too and it was pretty fun going up and down :D
But then i started riding up this hill and when i got the whole way up it without stopping i turned around to see dad at the bottom of the hill waving his arms to get me to come back down it!!! that was pretty gay but didn't ruin the ride : )
