Orienteering race (Hunter schools O' Champs) 13:31 [3] 2.0 km (6:46 / km)

I was entered in the 13 girls but my course was a green course so it was easier. I enjoyed it. I haven't done a Green course in yonks so it was good fun. I did a little error but it wasn't that big and i found it easy after that. The only bad thing was that when i did that little mistake Russel RIgby was there with the camera, Embarrassing lol. I had goo fun though : )

Orienteering race (Hunter schools O' Champs) 44:36 [3]

This Time we did the score course and my course was an Orange course this time. Score courses aren't really my thing and i was really worried about how far i could go and my route choice before i started. However, I got around it good and got them all in the 45minutes, only just though. I only had a little mistake on the last control i went to. I got a bit confused because there were heaps of windy indistinct tracks and yea, but i found it ok in the end. Other than that and the fact that my calves were killing me going up the hills it was a good run and i enjoyed it : )

Stretching (After the Hunter O'champs) 5:00 [1]

I only did a little stretch at the end with tam., Joshwa, and ellanaw. I got a really dirty bum and my arms were itchy because of the grass, lol : )

Netball race (Game at Charlestown) 1:00:00 [3]

Today we played one of the not as good teams. It was a fairly bpring game but i got to play C the whole time. It was good, i liked playing something other then WD. I need more confidence when i play C, so this might've helped a bit. At the end the score was 8-50, our way. I would like to get better at netball. I guess i should practice more. : )

Running (Around Ashtonfield) 48:15 [4]

Was going to go to Hans but Josh said i could go with him for a run today or tomorrow and seeing as i am going to the movies tomorrow i chose today. However i may as well have gone to Hans training because it was the hilliest run i have done around Ashtonfield. I never knew those hills existed! It was the longest run i have ever done but somehow i enjoyed it. I like running with Josh because i like never get too. It's nice. I am pretty sure he was expecting to get a little bit more of a workout so i don't know if he will offer to go for a run with me again lol legs were sore and at one stage i wimped ou and walked a bit hehe
Twas good fun : )

We stopped running at the first turn off to Airlie street because i was tired lol And we walked home. It was nice and relaxing to just walk after the run. It was a good enough warm down : )

Stretching (Stretching) 4:00 [1]

Hehe, i actually stretched. It was only because my legs were hurting and i felt like it but i should stretch more often. It felt really good. Only i can't stretch my left leg properly because of when i hurt it ages ago at dancing once. It still hurts!!!!! I wish it would go away.
Anyway, stretching is good : )

Netball (Training at Charlestown) 50:00 [3]

Well, lately training has been such a bludge! it isn't good.
We did the usual warm up stuff by ourselves today while we were waiting for the coach and then for the rest of the time we just worked on one game plan. It was annoying. And training was supposed to go for an hour but we finished like 10 minutes early atleast. I wish training was harder. I think i need the practise! : )

cycling (Cycle class at the gym) 45:00 [4]

The normal guy that takes the class was away so we had a different guy. He was CRAZY!!!!!! We dad like heaps of 'hills' and stuff with no break in between. It was rediculous!! my legs were really quite tired by the end of it and when i got off the bike they felt like jelly!
oooo, and i got new shoes! i wore them for the first time today! They are tones nice. I like them. oooooo and i also wore a new top. It is nice too. I was really eager to excercise and wear them!! hehe : )

Was a bit nervous before my run today but i don't know why i just always am. Didn't make any biggy mistakes, i was just sloppy. Was a thick area and there were quite a few little tracks. It took me a while to loosen up today because my only warm up was standing in the sun before my start. I just wish one day i would be confident enough to just keep running when i know where i am. I have a habbit of stopping and starting all the way. It's annoying. oh and there was about 2 minutes to mark my map.
It was a good course and i had fun : )

Netball race (Game at Charlestown) 45:00 [3]

I only got to play WD for my 3quarters today. I was a bit dissappointed with that but mum told me to ask if i want to play something else. It was a bit of an easy game. Wasn't very exciting. We won 46-14. I didn't play the best but it was just a bludhe anyway and i always play better whe it is against a tough team i think. Was good fun : )

We had some photo thing and talk before our game today so our warm up run was to the court. We then stretched and played a half game. Once again we didn't warm down but oh well : )

Running (Run with mum-Nobbis beach) 26:00 [3]

We were in newcastle already and it started to like pour so we still went to King Edward thinking it might still be on, but when we got there 'Ellanaw' was the only other one there so we just went for a run instead. 'Kazza' came with me and we went out towards Nobby's beach and turned around when we got to the surf club. It was like downhill on the way to the surf club and uphill on the way back which wasn't that good. I would'nt have gone out for a run if we weren't in there i don't think so i am happy i went for a run : )

Well it wasn't out plan to do a warm up but 'Kazza' needed to go to the toilet so i counted the run to the tiolet as a warm up but it was like the same pace as our run but anyway. When we got back we walked down the hill, it was like the opposite speed to the warm up : )

cycling (Cycling class at the gym) 30:00 [4]

Netball training was called off today because of the rain so me and mum decided to hit the gym : )
It was only a 30 minute class today but it still felt as hard as the 45 minute class. At the very start i didn't work as hard i didn't think but i am pretty sure i made up for it by the end of the 30 minutes. When the class was finished my legs felt jelly so i know i worked and pushed hard.

Gym (Absolution class) 15:00 [3]

Another one of the tough Abs classes. Was very hard this time too. My stomach and neck were killing me. We had to do this one thing where it was like sit-ups but in double time and during that it was like extra hard and i found it hard to keep breathing. lol I feel glad i still did the class and worked hard : )

Swimming (At Kurri Kurri pool) 50:00 [3]

Mum took me and Joshwa to the pool today : ) Twas good fun. I did 10 lots of 6 laps. I had breaks in the middle of however long i felt like. I enjoyed it. It was good to do something different again today aswell. I am not sure how long i was actually swimming for and what my times were but this will have to do. I enjoyed it and was happy to go to the pool : )

Orienteering race (Local event- The Quarry) 44:14 [3] 3.0 mi (14:45 / mi)

Well, not happy Jan with my run today. No big mistakes but on like every control i made a little mistake or error so it all added up at the end. I tried to run hard when i knew where i was going properly but i did a bit more slower stuff than i would've liked. Lately my compass bearings have been a little off as well. It wasn't the best thing to get my confidence back but hopefully next week i will do better, i hope i do : )

I actually did a bit more of a warm up today. I ran along the track before i marked my map : ) It was soooooooooooo cold so i think that got me to do a bit of a warm up today : )

Orienteering (Newie Junior elites..lol) 45:00 [3]

Josh, Josh and Tamara were lovely enough to hold a little training session for the "Newcaslte Junior Elites" : ) We did a little map memory thing at the start where we had to go to a control but we weren't allowed to take our map with us. All up everyone had to do three of the controls.
The next activity was a star relay. Except we didn't get to finish it because of the horrible, miserably , windy, rainy weather.
I felt like i navigated a lot better during these drill compared to my course which was good
It was great fun!!!!!!!!!!! : ) Pitty about the wind and rain though

Netball race (Game at Charlestown) 45:00 [4]

Full team there again today : ) it was really cold and windy and raining : ( I playes Wa in the first quarter, then Wing Ding in the 3rd and 4th quarters. It was a close game but we won by 3 in the end. I think i played best in the 4th quarter where i got a few good intersepts. I was happy to play good today. It got my confidence back after a lousy game last week : )

It was was harder to get warmed uo today : )

Running (Hills at King Edward Park) 18:00 [4]

We did different loops today. I did three bigger loops with the big hill and one lap a smaller loop. I was very exhausted. My times were 5:07 and 5:29 for the second two bigger laps, i don'tknow what my first lap was. And for the smaller lap my time was 2:37. I was pretty happy i guess but i would've liked a bit more rest i think but anywho : )

For a warm up we did the usualwarm up lap thingo and the run throughs and a stretch and for a warm down we just did a shorter lap and then a stretch. Our warm down was a bit of a bludge becuase it was mostly walking : P

Netball (Training at Charlestown) 1:00:00 [3]

We got there a little late today. Did the usual passing drills and then after we played a team. It was a pretty good game. Easier than Saturdays though. I was glad i played better than our last game on a Saturday because i was pretty down about that : )

ooo and when we were leaving we noticed the ambulance at the courts. A poor little girl broke her arm training, poor her. Apparently her bone was like so snapped that you could tell straight away that it was broken :(

Ran around all of the courts before training and then did a little stretch. Really wasn't that motivated before we got there but the warm up got me going : )

It was a score course and i was happy to get my map to plan my course beofre i left. Mum and Dad helped me pick a course that was a good distance so i would be able to get around it within 45 minutes : ) I didn't make any real mistakes which was good to make me confident again. I tried to run more and faster when i could which was good. I am pretty happy. It was a fun way to end the weekend : )

Well, i was going well at the start and stayed good all until control number7. I did mess up a little at number 2 in the circle so that lost me a bit same with going to number 8 but at number 7 i got really stuck. I don't even really know where i was in the end. I eventually found it but that would be the biggest mistake i have made in a fair while. I wasn't running that fast during the course because i was worried about the navigating but other than number 7 i was navigating pretty good. All up, adding all of my mistakes together, i would've lost maybe 20 minutes. That is a bit dissappointing but atleast i got the control and made it round my course

I ran and walked the km to the start. Dad was going to the start at the same time as me and he didn't want to wreck his calf before he started his course so we only walked on the straight and downhill. When we got to the start i had a bit before my start so i ran around a little : )

Orienteering race (QBIII Day 1) 31:24 [4] ***

Was happy with my run. I enjoyed the area, and i thought except for one or two little mistakes i had a clean run. On the first control i drifted off a little bit but i realised and found the control good. and then on the second last control i read the contours wrong and went over into the next spur. I think that lost me a fair bit but if that didn't happen it would've been good. I tried to run harder and faster when i could and if felt good so i am going to do that more often if i can : )

I ran to the start before my run and when i got there i ran arounf near the start area for a while. I was feeling pretty good on the warm up but the nerves kicked in pretty quickly

Warm up/down (At King Edward Park) 20:00 [1]

Did one lap for a warm up and one for a warm down. The warm up was a bit different : )

Running (At King Edward Park) 17:00 [4]

Today i did two laps of the longer course and one shorter one. They were timed and my first longer lap was 6:30 and the second one was 7:20. I was pretty dissappointed about how much slower i was in my second lap compared to the first one. I think i get tired too quickly and then i just don't push. The shorter loop wasn't timed so i don't know how long i took me. Pretty happy i guess.
I am glad it was on today because i it wasn't i probably wouldn't have been ready to do anything. It was cold and i thought it was going to pour. Glad it didn't! : )

Didn't do as much flexibility as others but i did the basic stuff at the start and the end.
I am starting to get sick of the whole bum hurting thing now. It's been like ages and i can't stretch properly : (

Gym (A gym Machine thing) 20:00 [3]

We got there just on time and there was no more room left in the cycle class so we had to go on a different machine thing. The only ones free were bike machines. They were different to normal cycle bikes so i don't know what they are called. I made up my own little class thing where i told myself to speed up and stuff. I am glad i pushed myself : )

Running (Ran on the tredmill) 12:31 [3]

Me and mum decided to go on the tredmill before the next class. It was good running. I was on a resonable level and the in the last minute i took it up and ran harder. There was a little cool down button on the machine so i pressed that and it did my own little cool down. Pretty cool : )

Gym (Abs class at the gym) 15:00 [3]

I can't believe i went to this class again. After yesterday i thought i would never go back but i did! It was hard work on the Abs again. But today the lady that took it varied it more so it didn't feel so hard but it was! Am glad i went to th class though.

When we left the gym i became dissappointed though because even after doing two Abs classes Two days in a row i Still don't have a six pack!!!! So sad...

Wasn't very motivated to do anything today, i think the rain does it to me. But i am glad i went now. I went with mum to the gym and even though it wasn't as long as normal it was still a good workout. I pushed myself very hard through all of the class : )

Gym (Abs class at the gym) 15:00 [3]

We had never been to this class before so we had no idea what it would be like. Even though it only went for 15minutes it was still a hard workout. All we did was Abs, Abs, and more Abs for the whole 15minutes. I WAS HURTING! I did keep on going though, and i didn't stop : )

Running (Run around Ashtonfield) 21:00 [3]

I wasn't very motivated to go for a run today but i am glad i did now. Mum came with me and she showed me a different route for a run. It started to get dark but i was ok. I felt pretty good running, My calf muscles were hurting a but but other then that it was ok.
I did do a little warm up/warm down but i don't think it is good enough or even classified to be a warm up so i just won't put it.

Once again i got attacked by those 'invisible bugs'. I got a few in the eyes which sucked but i will be ok : )
