Street Orienteering race (The entrance.) 34:00 [3]

I don't really know how long i took so it's just an estimate.
I think mum and i were one of the last ones to start because it took us a bit to decide where to go. I think we split it alright, it was just hard to know who should get the two that were kind of in the middle. We did good though, and came third in the long pairs. GO TEAM! haha

Orienteering race (Yambo.) 53:00 [3] 3.5 km (15:09 / km)

I found it tough. Number four was a bit dodgy to me, everyone that started on the mass start was just looking around everywhere there. Took me a while to find it. Then everything was all good up to number 5 where i was super paranoid that i would see a snake. Number 7 i stuffed around at a little too which was stupid. And then i came in to the finish on an odd angle too. It was pretty good though i spose.

Night Orienteering race (Bateau Bay.) 28:00 [3] 3.3 km (8:29 / km)

I didn't really have any troubles, except for the little tracks at the end that bamboozled me a bit. Some random locals decided to hide in the bush at the very start and scared mum and i, it was so funny. We screamed. And then there was the big party that we ran near. So it was pretty enjoyable i thought.

Was a tough class but was shorter because we got there late. It was pretty embarrassing really. I worked hard, i found my legs were hurting quite a bit though which was unfortunate. Glad we went.

Pretty fun! i love the park events, i missed them :P Navigation was good, only thing was my knees were hurting again which was not cool. Other than that it was pretty good.

I didn't like it. The girl that took it frustrated me. She was like, 'ok last change for the song' so i turned it up really high to work hard as you do because you think you get to turn it down again soon, but then she was like 'ok now stand up and we have 4 more changes' !!!! gahhh, she frustrated me. And then she put the whistle song on ans sang it and got other people to sing it too. I just wanted her to shooooooosh, ha.

Abs class. It hurt!! You never think you will want to look at the clock to see how long you have left because it only goes for 15minutes, but i always do so many times!!

Warm up/down 15:00 [3]

Three lap warm up, then some run-thru's and stretches. It was hot.

Running 30:00 [4]

I think it was something like a 600, 150, 400, 100, 100, 100, 300, 200, 200. I was buggered by the end of it. The 600, 400, and 300 (Ii think it was) just over 4minute kms. My quads and hamstrings were feeling pretty tight. but my knees weren't really painful untill after which was handy. It's been frustrating that i haven't been able to run 2 days in a row for a while. Thanks to dad and josh :)

Warm up/down 20:00 [3]

Warm down was the weights run-thru's thing. It hurt. Then 2 laps followed by stretching.

Happy with todays run. Felt pretty good, and like i was moving at an alright pace. Navigation was fine, except i got really sloppy at the end. Just tiredness i think. Could've got another point at least i think, but my time worked out fairly well.

it was frustrating, the girl that took it annoy's me. she doesn't even do the majority of the class, she even got up and walked around. But my legs were hurting and i was sweating so i did work hard.

I think i had a bit of a dodgy route choice. because i wasn't going super slow, just ended up being late with not many points. I felt like i was running alright. I stuffed up two clues though, so that lost me a bit of time which is a pitty.

One of the fans still wasn't working and the only couple of bikes were on the side of the broken fan, so it was heaps sweaty again. It was a tough class, my legs we're hurting quite a bit.

Abs class. Wasn't as hard as it has been, but obviously 15 minutes of abs would still hurt. The girl that took it cannot count in time!!

It was so hot and stuffy today! The fan on our side of the room stopped working so i pretty much felt all sweaty and claustrophobic for the whole 45 minutes! and john wasn't even there, so that was annoying seeing as the girl can't even count intime.

I know i haven't logged anything since christmas, but thats just because i've been lazy with it and just didn't want to have to catch up all the days. But i will begin to log stuff again :D

Street Orienteering (Central Coast Street-O) 41:28 [3]

Pretty happy with this run. was very woried it was going to be super hilly but there was only one extreme hill. I got 500 points. Happy with that because even though i was early, if i wanted to get more i would've been late because it was just up and back kind of thing. Glad i went.

Street Orienteering race (Ashtonfield.) 45:33 [3]

Happy with this run. it was good fun! I enjoyed it. I forget how many points i got though, but i was happy with it. It was cool to know where i was. My knees weren't hurting too much on the run either, but as always they hurt bad after.

It was a good class, it was hard. I pushed myself, and my legs felt like jelly. haha.
