Running hills 47:00 [3]

15min warm up.
Short hills: 2* 5x 30sec hills w/ jog back recovery. Got a pretty consistent distance for them all so it was good. Keen for tomorrows rest day to be honest :)
12min warm down.

Strength + Conditioning (Ab challenge) 8:00 [3]

On a belly full of water, so gross!
