StreetO (warm-up) 47:10 [4] ** 3.09 km (15:16 / km) +15m 14:54 / km
weight:78.5kg shoes: HH2+crutches

first StreetO since operation, same map and course too, because last November's event was very stormy and nearly abandoned, so re-used as warm-up event for Street Series - first event with SI timing, but some teething problems.

Hardest I have pushed for any length of time - 15 min km for 3 km -(compared to 5.9km in 43:30 last November) and I learned a few things:
speed improvement will come with strength and technique
need to increase upper body strength
cardio and lungs not limiting factor yet
watch out for fruit from Moreton Bay figs - either soft & slippery, or hard & rolly

still to sort out
shorter faster steps, or longer striding?
watch, gps, pen, SI card, map - have to stop to do anything, so sort out best arrangement
