park o at Thomas Halton park. short leg straight up was good. course made pretty good use of a pretty boring area, was a few longer easy running legs though. didn't feel like i lasted as well as i wanted to, and accidentally ran into a branch reading my map as i exited 22, so got a nice graze from that.

because i won't be there next week and kas, steve didn't do enough events to qualify for the final, the park series is pretty much open for the taking

still feeling pretty unmotivated but there was a break in the rain so dragged myself out. turned out the run was just what i needed, felt really good and didn't tire at all. did get a little wet towards the end.
