6 times 3 laps at Bislett (a bit over 7mins, with 1 min rest), first 2 a bit slower... Still too full from breakfast.

5 times 300m jog 246m, 5 times 400m jog 146m, 5 times 300m jog 246m. Was about the same pace when I ran a bit further for the middle ones (even though it was an attempt to reduce speed slightly to drag Åse along for the 300)... Hitting 300 between 1:10-1:14, and then the 400s about 1:37-1:38.

Right knee has been hurting more lately. Did general core, squats, etc.
But also single legged quad stuff for helping the knee. Feels harder on that side.
