Control picking - first half with Mathias and second with Thomas. Need to pay attention to compass in vague / thicker areas.

class with medicine ball, but much jumping around (lunges and squats) so good leg training as well as core.

Somewhat fartlek-y on the way back up the river - running some parts harder (particularly the steeper bits)

Had to keep track of which control was next, since we visited most controls twice. Still a good course, and use of the bygdøy terrain (many small trails).
