Skate skiing with Thomas and Mathias (who was on classic)... not the best conditions, with some rather sticky new snow - but better higher up.

5 times 1000m and 500m, but I ran to the line past the door instead of the door on the 1000m so it was a few metres longer (its hard when the track is 546, so theres some sort of weird point we start at and run 1 lap and then slightly less than another one...).

Run on the treadmill, it was a fancy one with this graphic where you had a red line going around a 400m track... and it restarted every time you got back to the start line. I got vaguely motivated by this and ran every second 400m at 4:30 per km and the other somewhere close to 5:30 (if we assume this treadmill was well calibrated). 2 laps faster in a row near the end because I wanted to get to 4km under 20 mins.
