Train to Motvann, ran back over BarlingÄsen. Very icy, particularly on the small trails (maybe since they are less flat).

Some warm up, and picking up some controls after the line O and 4 loops

Orienteering 10:00 [3]

2 line O's on a sprint map, forked from the others. Surprisingly good sprint training, since you have to try to keep good flow...

4 loops around the most interesting area north of Vulkan.

Decent, but not fast (still quite stuffed up).

Took an illegal route, and did one mistake where I thought I had to go one road further along... then realized (sort of "reading ahead too much").

Never got really bad... but took awhile to get better. Energy only really came back Friday this week - but still not fully better.
