Running 40:00 [3]

Short warm up after I hoped off the tram partway, some exercises (lunges) and warm down after with the girls. Felt knee during day, but once running hard I didn't (perhaps because of all the other pain ;).

Intervals 10:24 [5]

8 times 200, with 40-50s rest (more on the upper end later, trying to make sure the 4 girls started together).

Stretching/exercises 15:00 [1]

Knee - dull ache during the day

Orienteering 55:00 [3]

First attempt at running in awhile, and it was in the snow in o-shoes... but with the kinesio tape things seemed ok. Pain mostly felt on abrupt "braking" when sort of stopping a squat.
First control picking, then "nippen style" compass training with only the index contours, and finally a normal course back with a larger scale.

Stretching/exercises 35:00 [1]

Various exercises with Siri - more legs and stuff for the first half (from a workout she found in a magazine), then we took turns choosing core exercises.

Also did my quad machine knee exercises... so much difference between the two sides :(
I know that at one point I had a degree in this - but if I try really hard how long till I get muscle growth / adaptation? I feel like the earlier gains are more in technique in the particular exercises ... which won't matter much when running in the woods.
