Orienteering at Kasen, bit higher intensity otervals. Struggled a bit on the first few, but it went better later.
Weather had turned to crap... raining.

Most of the day volunteering at Norway cup, but we did some squats, jumps up stairs, and some push ups

Faster warm up around songsvann, some strides. Some silly walks after, and a shorter warm down.

10 times 400m with Ivar, a little way in he started starting on the 3 mins, so he actually was eventually no longer catching me in the intervals - so I upped my rest a bit.
