Did 10 times 1 min fast, 1 min jog in the middle of the run with thomas - mostly on gravel trails for that part, and a few medium sized uphills

Kettlebell class - tried to do all the exercises well, but not use upper limit of weight so I am not obscenely sore tomorrow like I have been sometimes with these classes.
