Running 10:00 [2]

Warm up

Orienteering 1:27:53 [4]

Decided to try to run today, since it was a good chance at a race in WOC relevant race (and it definitely had a WOC feeling, because of the people there). I started out pretty slowly, maybe sped up a bit... but stuck at a level where I was never trying to push the edge physically. One poor route execution where I lost about 1 min, and one poor route on a shorter control near the end where I surprisingly also lost nearly 1 minute. Trying to have a more solid plan, and really look ahead for features. Also, be more aware of the features in the circle to loose less time there.

Running 1:13:00 [3] 11.5 km (6:21 / km)

Longer run with thomas, up to the trails... some icy bits where the snow was packed, but terrain is basically snow free.

Note

Starting to feel stuffed up and headachy in evening

Running 24:00 [3]

Short late night run with Thomas, knee hurt a bit (maybe still upset from the eletroshock therapy yesterday... tends to be more sore for a few days after).

Running 45:00 [3]

Short warm up from where I got off the bus to Bislett, longer warm down (some laps around the track and then most of the way home with Marte.

Running 10:00 [3]

Jumping up and down the stairs and stuff before intervals

Intervals 16:00 [5]

250-400-250-250 m
47,46,1:25,1:16,47.52,47
250-400-250-400 m
50,50,1:20,1:20,48,48,1:21
250-400-400-400 m
50,45,1:19,1:19,1:21,1:20,1:20
250-250-250-250 m
48,47,48,46,48,47,46
About the same amount of rest as the interval, and 2:30 rest between sets. Can't say they are all exactly the right distance, due to the odd size of bislett (and also if you have the uphill or the downhill in the interval throws in some variance)... but it was a tough session.
