Race out near Mysen - still not quite feeling that the lymph node has stopped being inflamed and my quads were dead from the strength thing on thursday. Navigated pretty well on most, lost over 1 min on one control.

Kettle bell class, luckily although there was quite a lot of arm stuff there was also quite a bit of squat type stuff too (only arms would not make it through 55 mins). There was also a reasonable amount of running back and forth in one of the sets... decent workout, may not be able to walk tomorrow.
