6 times roughly 3 mins, pace between 3:53-4:13 on these according to gps (some intervals were more uphill than others).

Putting out tur controls with Thomas (but was originally going to just trail run so was wearing trail runners and 3/4 pants... luckily it was mostly super nice terrain).

Broke my compass by falling forward not long after leaving #4. The had oil/gas on my map for some time until it evaporated. Wish I could blame the lack of compass on my going way too high into 10, I somehow thought I had to climb more. Then hooked shakily in when encountered the boulders. Other than that it was a pretty good run (at least in comparison to many of my recent runs that seem to range from mediocre to terrible)
