After a week of almost no training, and generally feeling run down... these felt hard. Also, Hanne was not there to help pace me ;(
8 times 2 laps at Bislett (not quite 2 laps for me, so it would be around 4 minutes and we could start on the 5th minute), stopped near the earlier gap.
