Morning run around the neighbourhood with Emma, met in Frogner at the tall pillar of naked people statue - timed it really well as she showed up just as I got there. Ankle a little sore / tired by the end.

Run to / from a nice lake on trails. Walked around the lake, and looked at the climbing area, and sat by the lake for awhile since the boys went for a longer run. Jumped in a different lake closer to the car on the way back.

First proper run in awhile, running uphill on some smaller trails and in the terrain (and across a few sweet marshes), with a map. Then got to the edge of the map and ran out of hill. Carefully went down the hill, and then crawled up another heading east off the map (east/west hills tend to be cliffy, better to go up them north/south). Ran down and back to the car on some bigger trails.

Ran pretty fast to the gym, since there were trouble with the train... and so I got home kinda late. Slower run back, around some random roads.

Stretching/exercises 40:00 [2]

Some class called ultimate circle. The middle part was 2 loops of several different exercises (including skipping, burpes, lunges, crunches with weight, plank going up/down from elbows).
