More focused race today, in interesting (but scrappy) terrain near Larvik. Maybe should have gone around more on some routes, but overall made ok choices.

Really nice terrain near fredrikstad, somehow I was over cautious / slow / unfocused... only 50% of my brain was on board with the orienteering (the other part kept chatting to me about random stuff).

O-morgen that I missed this wednesday, really nice forest with more open areas and generally smaller knolls and stuff mapped. Generally ok, but slow... got off in the corridor and bailed out instead of backtracking.

Terrain intervals, the guys zig sagged back and forth slowly uphill so I could cut at times to keep up. Ran downhill on trails between. 6 times 6 minutes (with 1:30 rest).
