Run up to Kolsas by myself, snow in the woods up top so a bit slow and slippery.

Saturday morning training with Nydalen, trails removed from map. First ~10 minutes corridor, then normal course, then some control picking at the end. Legs a bit tired from yesterday.

Night o from near Grinda, semi mass start with Anders calling our names based on when our pretend first teams came through (simulating tiomila 2nd leg). Was near people till #3, but took a non optimal route out and generally lost people. At one point I went around the edge of a small lake - it looked marshy but the first few steps were ok, then one leg went down in stinky mud up to my hip, and I had to pull myself out.
Almost entirely by myself for the 2nd half. Almost ran out of battery, with my headlamp flashing to give me the warning signal after the 2nd last control... turned it way down and had some issues seeing the last control, then booted it along the trail.

O-morgen training, had to skip the last butterfly at the end to make it back near the time we said... but I got out on the farther side of the map which was nice.

10 times 4 minutes (with 1.5 break) generally uphill and some small trails / terrain (particularly when they were trying to double back to find me)
