Orienteering 57:07 [3]

Probably my worst race timewise - again once I started having problems I never really recovered, became unfocused and let myself get distracted by other women. Nice terrain and rocks though :)

Running 15:00 [2]

Running 15:00 [2]

Warm up to start, running around the little hill next to the start

Orienteering 1:04:46 [3]

Beginning part went ok, but at some point I made a few mistakes... and after that it felt like I kept going in slightly the wrong direction and taking awhile to realize...

Running 10:00 [2]

Orienteering 21:30 [4]

Night sprint... ok, but rainy/windy. Main problem was finding the control at #8, just could not figure out which inside corner it was on (and get there).

Orienteering 40:00 [2]

Running around the model map with Thomas - things seemed to make sense at a medium speed (which then stopped making as much sense in my attempts at racing).

Running 1:10:00 [3]

Run with Thomas down to the ocean and along the "seawall" (unfortunately really close to the highway). He was doing a workout, but I just went for a run.

Running 33:00 [3]

On the way to this training, I may have done one of the stupidest things ever... I was on the tbane, and Thomas got on a few stops later, but he got on the other carriage. We went a few stops further, and I started to wonder if he had really gotten on... and just wanted to sit with him. So... at one stop I rushed off the train at the front end of my carriage, and tried to open the door of the carriage in front. However... the door would not open (I pressed the button multiple times), and the other doors closed... so I stood on the platform as my train pulled away :(
There was not another train for over 10 minutes, so I missed training with Nydalen (the first train was a few minutes late, so we might have just missed them anyway)- but Thomas had waited for me since he wondered where I was.

Running 32:00 [4]

Tried to do the workout ourselves, generally going the way we often do for the first bit, but ending up on some rather snowy trail with no intersections for ages at some point and eventually turning back.
8 times 4 minutes (with 1:30 rest)
