Warm up (to Bislett with Thomas) few laps when I got there + silly walks. Few laps warm down with Cristina, then home with Thomas

3000m, which is approximately 5.5 laps of Bislett. Tried to start out fast (Thomas said I often start too slow)... but then dropped off the pace :(

Intervals around a loop in frognerparken... first sunny day out in awhile, so Thomas convinced me to go out with him and Mathias earlier.
