Cross country ski 2:00:00 [3]

Another attempt to classic ski with Olav, not as bad conditions as it has been (at least it was not raining, and we went somewhere they had recently groomed). Not great grip, particularly at first (lower down).

Running 30:00 [3]

Warm up to bislett, silly walks, warm down with Anne-L and Cristina after

Running 36:14 [4] 8.19 km (4:25 / km)

15 laps continuous, started out sticking with Anne-L and thought for sure she would pull away... but then she settled into some sort of threshold run, so I just decided to stick with her instead of trying to push the pace by myself (some people may say this was lazy ;P).

Orienteering 1:10:00 [3]

Orienteering with Thomas in the snow at night. Generally pretty ok to find the controls, one or two we were a bit unsure.

Running 1:00:00 [3]

Warm up / down with Cristina, Anders and Lars.

Running 40:00 [3]

10 times 4 minutes with 1.5 minutes break. Some areas the snow was packed enough to run on top, but in others we punched through sometimes/often, and there were some lovely slush puddles. Further up there was a section where there was a small river under the snow. Good I wore my dry socks - the water got in eventually, but feet stayed warm longer.
Tough session, but good to get out and get this kind of workout "under the belt". First 9 mostly uphill, last one downhill on a soft snowmobile track.
