Conditions were crap, so we did not try to classic (although I waxed them the night before - never had to wax a kick zone before). Skate skied up a long hill, then back down (boys ahead, and me waiting for Olav sometimes). Generally pretty decent effort up, then tired/weak and hungry on the way down (was thinking about the part of this comic where he says his legs are hungry, but it was my whole body).
Run to Bislett, then run to the start of the training

Sprint race, lots of longer legs - one leg where the main trick was to notice you had to go way around (i.e. you couldn't get through). Felt like I was doing better at reading ahead somewhat on most legs...
O-morgen from a few weeks ago. Turns out that its harder to run in the soggy packed down snow than when it was fluffy... legs got really cold, so didn't stay out too long. I had been waiting for it to stop raining in the city, but that never happened - it was slush snowing out on the map.
Attempt to classic ski, but I had no grip because I did not have the right wax for the conditions (or the conditions were too bad for wax, and required klister... ;)
