Got a sore throat starting Friday night (but still went to the Halden training)... not feeling perfect but ok. Decided to take another rest day to see if I could kick the bug before it truly settled in.
Training in Halden, really nice area... had some problems on the line-o. Little bit of snow, so all the footprints were a bit distracting ;)

Indoor orienteering in a school in Halden. Super fun, I just kept smiling for the first part since it seemed so hilarious how everyone was running around. One tricky control near the beginning where you had to read ahead and realize you had to be a on a floor above to get to it (and I had already gone towards it on the floor it was actually on... which was a dead end).

Painful core session led by Eva... man she is ripped. People were dropping like flies ;)
Warm up to bislett and around a few times with Cristina, then some silly walks.

6 times 2 laps of bislett (1092m), starting every 6 minutes... Several other girls today, but of varying speeds. Was usually in sight of anne ( but less in the later ones as she sped up), there was also a guy near me sometimes... But he dropped off throughout the workout.

O-morgen: 4 forest o-tervals. Brain and body working better than yesterday. Some problems on the 2nd o-terval, but generally good. Started with all 4 girls (Anne Margrethe, Malin, and Cristina), the 2nd was just Anne and Malin, and the 3rd was just me and Anne Margrethe (Malin went ahead, since she wanted to push harder).
