Orienteering 35:00 [3]

Orienteering at Capilano River, checking the flagging tape was still there for Marg/Brian/Troy, and getting a few other control locations that John R had put out. Felt a lot easier when not pissing with rain.

Running 20:00 [3]

Running around after I was done, to look for others and to get back to the car.

Terrain running 1:50:00 [2]

Exploring Vedder ridge with Thomas and Ian... lots of dirt bikers around.

Stretching/exercises 20:00 [1]

Lunchtime yoga, with a bit of core at the end

Running 45:00 [3]

Easier night run with Catherine, a bit of bushwhacking in some of the better places (but found some blowdown too). When I came back onto the trail from bushwhacking I think I came out on a different one than I expected (possibly made a hook while running in the forest) and did not re-orient till we hit the powerline! Lost in PS park... unusual for me.

Warm up

Running 20:43 [4] 6.0 km (3:27 / km)

Somehow the workout ended up being that Julien was running 3 times 1 mile at around 84 second laps. So... we just had a group that kept doing 84 second laps, and people did the parts they could. For me that was the least (while Adam and Graeme split each into 2 or something like that). I did every second lap, then both the last laps.
