Warm up around part of false creek with Catherine, and warm down after the workout

4 times around the field, fast running the diagonals and jogging along the short ends. Then 8 times up the small hill, and then back down and immediately up. Then 4 more times around the field, but this time running the long sides (so slightly shorter).

5 times ~7 minutes with Catherine (1 long, 2 slightly different short loops). The boys were doing something a bit longer but the same approx time (that way we saw them several times during as well).
