Bike to horseshoe bay with thomas. Then took the ferry to bowen island, had a tasty brunch, and walked slowly up mount gardner with Jessica and her boyfriend.
More pool running.... this time with mike, which was a welcome change to being alone. He tried to change the way I pool run to be more the way he thinks is correct. Luckily all the fast pick ups are just high knees, so it is hard to get that wrong.
Got kicked out of the deep end since there was a bunch of scuba divers... lifeguard told me to try pool running in the slow lane, ha!

Got something like 7 pickups done (with one min jog between) before I got kicked out. Then one more in the deepest part of the shallow area before I gave up...
Lots of exercises at the physio and then some core/stretching at lunch

To my parents house and back (also biked to physio/school in the morning and home in the evening... but that was more leisurely - decided biking is better than hobbling and I am supposed to not weight bear too much)

Biked to iona and back with my dad, some decent paced, some talking...
5 times 4 minutes with 1 minute slow jogging between. High knees and trying to work reasonably hard... but difficult to figure out if it was a good effort level.
