Orienteering 1:08:32 [4]

Orienteering at Watershed park, nice course with some easier running sections along the trail but always some little hook or squiggle to negotiate in/out of the controls. Legs a little tired, perhaps from yesterday...

Orienteering 10:00 [2]

Picking up controls

Running 30:00 [3]

Warm up. Not feeling the best, bit lightheaded.

Running 15:00 [5]

5 times 3 minutes up the gradual hill from spanish banks, 3 mins down running on the grass...

Running 35:00 [3]

Run down the hill between intervals, and warm down after. Stomach acted up a bit after the run... but ok.

Little bit of yoga with my dad

Note
(sick)

Some sort of mild stomach bug, not enough to vomit just enough to constantly feel slightly nauseous. At first maybe thought it was something I ate, but it appears not...

Orienteering 20:18 [4]

Fun orienteering course in Central park, dragging myself along falling off the back of the pack of fast boys.

Running 25:00 [2]

Picking up controls with the group, and wandering around some of the small trails...

Running 50:00 [3]

Warm up / warm down

Running 28:00 [4]

5 times flat-ish triangle loop in the forest near Triumf. Went slightly past where I was supposed to finish on the first one since the guys decided to run a bit farther to get about the right time, but I got to stop at the first post for the next ones to have a similar running time to them.

Stretching/exercises 15:00 [1]

Leading lunchtime stretching / core

Running 40:00 [3]

Warm up (~13) / down (~5), and silly walks, some dynamic stretching. Then some plyos, lunges and other diverse stuff after the intervals...

Running 8:00 [5]

(600, 400, 200) times 2, with three CS dudes I got to come out to my 'running clinic'. We talked about form, and watched each other run... they seemed a bit afraid to critique my form even if I said things about theirs... obviously varied in what they were good at with one pretty endurant cross country skier one fast sprinter with little endurance who plays ultimate, and one really skinny dude tall who ate 2 hamburgers for lunch but did ok despite his full stomach.
