Spin class, 4 times 1 min of 1 leg with increasing cadence. Then some pick ups, to get ready for the main set of 4 times 3 minute getting up to threshold (didn't really find the right gear on the first one, but got hr up to ~185 at the end of the last 3 (just sub 180ish by midpoint, then gradually a bit more)). Then, pickups 4 by 10s standing, 3 by 20s (10 standing 10 sitting), then 1 by 30s (10 standing 20 sitting). Hr rate drifting up after these, but not quite as high as for the 3 minute ones, since they are not long enough to bring it up that high. Stretches at the end.
