Long run with Thomas and Todd, leading us around on mostly single track undulating trails.
Knee not the same as the other, but no significant pain just achy.
Biking to wet in the pissing rain, not too bad except the steep downhill from our house where the rain into my eyes was making it hard to see.
More relaxed bike home (with russel part of the way), found some really by puddles... including one flooded section of road, so even thought it was not raining my feet got wet.
Orienteering33:00 [3]
Epic orienteering downtown, in the pissing rain and darkness it just feels more hardcore ;). Fun course by Thomas, stopped still on 10-11 to find the route as I had not planned ahead enough. Also had to think about 17-18 a bit, to even figure out where the loooong leg went (had to look at the control #'s).

Why do I bother going to the physio, when I know they will tell me not to run ;( Turns out my hips are weak in some weird ways... so may be contributing to my knee issues.
Did physio exercises.
So I made a bargain with my body that I wanted to get a good interval session in, and then take later in the week off from running and see how it feels. Turns out, it cooperated. Knee hurt a bit during the warm up, but not very noticeable during the workout - perhaps the tape the physio put on helped.
Intervals19:30 [5]
6 by ~900m trail section with Juliette and Gord. Ran with Juliette, usually very close. I actually managed to be just ahead at times... which is unusual, she usually kicks my ass. About 2 mins rest between each.
