Long trail run (or fast walk up the hill) to mount Beautiful, on a nice sunny fall day - with Thomas, Magnus, Stephano, and Greg.

Yet another cross country race, not exactly sure how I keep getting suckered into going to these. At least this time it was nice weather, and good company to hang out with. My calves did not like it, and seized up again... guess I am going to have to be more careful with them.
Tried to stand in the ocean in deep cove after, but my feet became achingly painful very quickly.

30 minute runners yoga dvd, good stretching of the calves / back of the legs

Warm up / down, and down the hill between intervals. Pretty much turning around to go back up for each interval.

5 times 2 mins up the gradual hill (2 mins back down, so not much rest)

Fun new map, with some new area of south deer lake park and some more urban stuff. Not that fast, calves still tight and tired.

Tried to wring out my calves... not to much avail, I barely managed to run properly and am still walking funny.

Wimpy interval session on my part, on the xc course in Jericho park. Skipped the middle one, so did 2 sets of 2. Loop slightly over 1k, with one steep short hill.
