Very plank-y runners yoga session, with some painful chair position thrown in. I kept wishing we would do the deep hip flexor stretch, then we did and I remembered how painful it was and wondered why I had wished to do it ;)
We were going to do 2 mins on 2 mins off, but then mike realized that we did shorter stuff on tuesday than we meant to... so after 1 * 2 mins we started 1 min on 1 min off instead.
