Knee knacker training run from Horseshoe bay to Cleveland dam. Felt pretty decent, beautiful day out!

Warm up, to the wardens office (went to the bathroom), then wandering around looking for the group.

Found Mike and Paul, and so joined them on their last three loops. Then Paul paced me on the last one. Started out likely somewhere close to by threshold pace then went faster on the last few.

Yoga, more moving between poses quickly near the beginning, then some nice stretching.

8 times 300m with ~2:00 mins rest, at super granny pace getting slightly faster ;) Ran with Kris, so took slightly shorter rests so I could start with him.

Orienteering 32:00 [3]

Orienteering at Barnett park, fun little area... but mostly open areas with greener veg (particularly green at this time of year). Made a mistake going around the wrong green patch on my first loop, other than that pretty good.

Ferritin level: 9 (blood taken last Friday morning).
Arg... now I am worried about trying to do the knee knacker, or even having enough energy to do races throughout the summer. I am tired easily, but it has not really affected my shorter races yet I think... :(
