Orienteering 1:21:48 [3]

Orienteering at rice lake, some nice woods sections at the beginning and some more trail running/route choice at the end.

Climbing at lighthouse park with my brother and evan, spent a few hours there climbing and belaying - it was nice to be outside so much before the week which was mostly swallowed up by a conference.

Intervals up a steep hill near jericho (it had been raining/was muddy so apparently we could not use the trail hill).

10 time 45 seconds hard up the hill, and 1:30 rest and jog back down.

6 times 400 meters, getting progressively faster till more or less maxing out.
