Started out with the boys, but then felt dizzy/lightheaded and kinda weak... so had to walk for a bit and let them get ahead. Sat down for a bit and waited to see if I would feel better, then started slowly running again and still felt not so great, but slowly felt a bit better. Easier run by myself, finding some new trails.
Dogbones at UBC, good course set by Gar... my brain hurt trying to look at permutations till about halfway when I had managed to plan to the end. Earlier in the course when I was still not as decided I started to go to the wrong connection, then realized, and could not quickly figure out how doing that one would work, so I ran back towards the one I meant to connect to. Lost about 2 mins there, but took a good route overall.
Six times 800m, with just thomas since the others are teachers on their spring break and did the workout earlier. The wind picked up a bit on the last two.
