Warm up with the group

Running tempo 1:02:15 [4]

3 continous loops of ~3 miles with Rachel. First two felt pretty easy at ~20:50, last one a bit faster at ~20:35 and felt harder as the distance/pace started to add up. Good to have someone to run with, otherwise I would never consider doing a workout of road running loops like this...

Tempo with Rachel and Rob. 4 and a bit figure eights (2.1km in length each @~8:35). Rachel leading on the first one and a bit, then I was next to her and slowly pulled ahead a bit.
