Long hilly run with Magnus from sasamat lake over the diez vista. Lots of trails turned into streams from the rain recently. Good run, decent pace with a bit faster near the end.

Fartlek dragging myself around after the boys. Pick ups of 30s-2mins with short jogging rests between. Second part Thomas and Paul took off a bit more and I just lagged behind Mike.

Tempo with the group, glad rob showed up to run just behind me, as I could not see mike after the first 10 mins. Bit faster after the turnaround at ~14:30.

Running in Cates park, glad I got out. It was fun to try to keep up with Magnus and Nate, managing to make a few smarter choices here and there and sneak ahead of Nate at the end.

8 times 400m, at an easier pace but getting a bit faster. Mike told us to run relaxed, and it felt surprisingly easy for the first few slowly getting harder as my stomach got more involved in the pain part ;) Thought I was going to be hanging out way at the back with thomas up front with paul and mike in between them and me... but then rob showed up and hung out dependably just behind me.
