Mike told us to run relaxed, and it felt surprisingly easy for the first few slowly getting harder as my stomach got more involved in the pain part ;) Thought I was going to be hanging out way at the back with thomas up front with paul and mike in between them and me... but then rob showed up and hung out dependably just behind me.
