Orienteering 1:04:00 [3]

Took off 90 degrees wrong (orienting the map to the wrong road), and then realized not too long later when I was already down the hill to far to be worth going back to the proper route choice. Lost a bit of motivation from this, and slacked off a bit the first few controls (and messed around on #3 which was hard to find), but regained some flow and pushed a bit harder after getting into the trail section and doing the second loop. Enjoyed myself, and the weather cleared up and it was stunning!

Running 17:00 [3]

Warm up, down to wreck beach and around (tide was rather high and we just had enough space to run along the edge)

Stairs 11:00 [4]

Four times up the Museum of Anthropology stairs.
2:37 - up the stairs
4:15 - down
2:37 - up the stairs
4:05 - down
2:39 - up the stairs
3:59 - down
2:35 - up the stairs
Right leg pretty twitchy by the end, but breathing recovered pretty quickly. Must favour that leg (or maybe it is just weaker and I am favouring them evenly?)... tried to purposely favour the left on the last one, but still did not become twitchy.
Kristian did all his below 2 mins, with a pb of 1:29... very impressive, and made me wonder what the pb's of past people who have done this workout are - such as Robin, Henrik, and Magnus.

Running 20:00 [3]

Down the stairs and warm down home after.
