Fun course at watershed, bit slow at the beginning and stopped twice to go to the bathroom... sped up considerably and felt more aggressive near the end.

Core/strength and other exercise (including some plyos) on the grass outside my house with Alison and Meghan.

Four times up the road from spanish towards our house. Thomas told me this is a workout their group does. 3 mins up, then 3 mins down... pretty much turned around and went back up once I got down (and running a decent pace down). On the last one an owl was sitting on the divider between the sidewalk and the road, but it was so dark I did not see it till it flew off when I was right by it then tried to swoop me... ducked and screamed. Then tried to run off with my arms by my head, while looking back and seeing it in a tree, until I got around the corner.

Trail run at night on the North Shore, first uphill I tried to keep up with the boys... once it got a bit more technical this was easier, otherwise I dropped off a bit. Then at pipeline bridge I picked up Alison from Andrea and ran back down with her.

Four times a ~1.7km road loop with Thomas biking next to me. Around 90 seconds rest between each. First one a bit slow, perhaps since had not done much speed as a warm up (ie strides).
