Running 3:20:00 [2]

Run on the baden powel from grouse to deep cove. Not as nice weather as I had hoped, but nice run anyway just got a bit cold after...

Rock climbing 1:00:00 [1]

Outdoor rock climbing in squamish with my brother, dad, and my brother's friend evan. Nice to take advantage of the good weather while it is still here, spending pretty much the whole day outdoors!

Running 20:00 [2]

Exploratory run, found the major trails around and some other rock faces. Then came back and helped them move our gear to another rock face.

This started out as an attempt at a fartlek type run (5 mins on 2 mins off), but after 1,5 of them I got tired of the one more major trail I was on and ended up on a sketchy trail that ended up taking me up some stuff between some cliffs, some sections had rope to help haul yourself up. Then the trail pittered out, so I bushwhacked a bit (forest pretty nice), then found a tiny trail which eventually pittered out and ended up bushwhacking back in the generally right direction... eventually found the main trails again and then back to the group. Would call this more of a terrain run since most was rather rugged tiny trails and I was pushing but not actually running that fast.

Running 48:00 [3]

Several days living on low sleep and a lot of bubble tea... but our group submitted to the conference today.
Tried to go for a run with Nate, felt like crap and let him take off after a bit.

Stretching/exercises 1:00:00 [1]

Yin Yoga, lots of stretching (sometimes holding it for so long it was a bit painful). Nice and relaxing, actually a bit hard to stay awake cause of my sleep deprivation. It was kind of nice to have this type of session, but might have stayed more awake if it was the normal slightly more active class with more transitions.

Running 27:00 [3]

Run with Nate in PS park, warming up for hill intervals/fartlek type workout.

Intervals 15:00 [4]

Went up 3 of the trails going from down near the beach up to near 4th, and each time went back down, then traversed a bit to the next. Went a bit slowly at first, since had gone hard up the hill but then usually a decent pace down and across (since nate dragged me).
3:43 - up the first hill on gravel trail
10:13 - down, then along to the next hill
5:23 - up the stairs in the ravine, then flatter gradually up and twisty trail near the end picking up speed.
8:22 - down and along to the next hill, nice bit of downhill on a softer trail
5:21 - up the last hill from near the beach, reasonably steep at first then a bit flatter with some smaller uphills

Club run with Zoltan, decent pace but gps did not record most of the distance...
