Middle race, really fun - a bit too much trail running in the middle, but started taking more aggressive route to controls and enjoyed the later part.

Warm up in the PS park with Kristian and Ingrid on her bike. Then along the rocky beach to the bottom of the stairs.

Four times the Anthropology stairs with Kristian slightly ahead of me, good to have someone to try to keep in sight.

The time for going down, plus the time continuing along the beach to the real part of wreck beach. Stopped to appreciate the beauty of the place (if only there were less people... its much nicer in the winter because of that and despite the weather)

Club run with Alison and Erica, ran at a decent talking pace for the first ~40 mins, then ran faster for the last bit with Erica as it got dark. Good to have another person to run with!
