Orienteering 40:00 [2]

Putting out flags in deep cove, despite the pessimism from other orienteers all the people from my lab seemed to enjoy themselves and I did not have to look for anyone (but it did take some a lot longer than I had thought). We somewhat started as a group, but some were really determined to learn to read the map, and do it more by themselves.

Running 35:00 [3]

Picking up the flags in the afternoon, then stood with my legs in the ocean for awhile :)

Running 20:00 [3]

Warm up jog to track, another warm up jog with the group and strides.

Running 12:32 [5] 3.6 km (3:29 / km)

Pyramid workout, stomach not so great so pretty painful (acidic) by the end but great to have people to run with on the track. We were about 6 in the fastest group today. All rests were around 2 mins (or a little under since I was near the end of the group) as prescribed (longer rests but told we were supposed to make the intervals hard enough to "deserve" it)

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Orienteering 22:45 [5]

Straight up the hill at the start was brutal, then a few controls later I seemed to become the leader of a reasonably long train. After the butterfly the guys group ahead of us made a mistake so I ended up coming back to the field first, but then in the spectator loop andy and marte got just ahead of me (we had broken away from a lot of the train and then I went a bit low on a short leg and ended up just behind them).
